BMP took part in this exciting campaign by the LEWITZ workshops here in Parchim in October. A total number of 18 employees swapped jobs with employees from regional companies and municipal partners. Our two colleagues Gerd and Holger from our shift management and sales team were able to spend half a day on site getting an insight into various areas in the Lewitz teams and also helped with the assembly work themselves. “That was very exciting because I could see how our products were being brought together. From one step to the next to the finished folding box, everything is handcrafted,” says Holger after that day.
In return, Stefanie and Steffen, who usually work at the Lewitz workshops, visited us and gave our colleagues in various teams a hand. Steffen gained an insight into our bottling department. Stefanie got to know the new production and packaging line for the denture cleaning tablets and was extremely impressed.
