Things can happen that require your time during working hours. We try to support you by biggest flexibility when you have an emergency or cannot arrange dates outside your working hours. If there is a solution, we will find it with you.
In 2016 we firstly underwent an audit on our policies and how we match the needs of our employees and their families. The Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Ludwigslust-Parchim qualified us to be a company following family friendly policies.

We are convinced that respecting this is key for a good partnership to you. We offer a comprehensive program of corporate health management. You will be checked for health of your ears and eyes and other regular check up´s. You can become first responder in an emergency, we support healthy back trainings, and we focus health, nutrition, prevention, relaxation and activity on our yearly Good-Health-Day.
Our facility in Parchim, in the district Ludwigslust-Parchim, can be reached by using public transport, we are located green between the edge of the woods and the river Elde. Your care is safe on one of our car parks.
Education and development of our employees is very important to us. Our support and have lots of ways internally and externally. We support your stay abroad or strengthen your back during your apprenticeship.
You can have coffee in lots of ways (TOPSELLER at BMP is Latte Macchiato), all cantinas at our facility have coffee machines and in all areas you will find water dispensers.
Our company celebrations or events are legendary – Health & Summer feast, Christmas party – we know how to have fun together. Being successful and already 30 years old we love celebrating success. This helps getting to know better and strengthen our bond.
Sustainability is more than just a phrase to us. Although BMP is an industrial manufacturer, we carefully organize our consumption of resources. Questions on best possible environmentally friendly processes and resources accompany our structure. With our own combined heat and power plant we provide energy to all three BMP buildings. By installing a photovoltaic system and convert the lightening system to LED we have reduced our ecological footprint.

This strongly depends on product features and your target pricing. Customers with new brands tend to start with 100.000 capsules or tablets. There is no upper limit.
