Girls’Day & Boys’Day at BMP Production GmbH – and right in the middle of it all: Finn and Melissa from 5th grade. For one day, they swapped the classroom for a real look into the working world.
The start? Relaxed and welcoming, with a warm introduction from the team. Then it was straight to hands-on experience instead of just watching. In the purchasing department, Finn and Melissa took on their first small tasks and learned how much planning goes into placing orders.
Next stop: logistics – where things got even more exciting. And the absolute highlight: the warehouse! Surrounded by towering high racks and modern forklifts, there were definitely some wide-eyed moments.
Their conclusion: a really cool day, full of new impressions and great experiences with the team. Who knows – maybe this was already the first step toward their future! 🚀
