Since 2016, BMP has been a member of the Food Academy - Competences for the Food Industry association, an association of many companies from MV that are mainly active in the food industry. The association organizes subject-specific working groups, topic-specific information events and training as well as seminars for relevant functions in the company. Working together in the association provides BMP with regular exchange on relevant topics and also higher-level problems.
Janine Ahrens (Head of Human Resources) and Ingo Küster (Managing Director) were invited to the club's 10th anniversary celebrations in October. With best wishes for the active employees of the office and the board, there were also many topics of discussion with the other companies on this occasion.
