“It is important for us to practice directly on objects in the response area in and around Parchim,” Maik Kostecki explains, fire chief of the Parchim fire department. During the exercise at the end of May the missing of a colleague in fire was simulated. Technology and equipment were fully utilized and the difficult visibility caused by smoke was simulated with special glasses. With modern ladder technology, safety was also assessed from above.

Managing director Ingo Kuester encourages: “With highly technologically equipped resources as in our production rooms and many employees work on the premises, safety is the top priority. We maintain a close connection with the Parchim Fire Department.”
