Once again this year, BMP Production participated in the nationwide "S(ch)ichtwechsel" (Shift Change) initiative—and once again, it proved to be an enriching experience for everyone involved. S(ch)ichtwechsel) – und erneut war es eine bereichernde Erfahrung für alle Beteiligten.
Initiated by the Federal Association of Workshops for People with Disabilities (BAG WfbM), this campaign facilitates a change in perspective: employees from companies within the general labor market swap workplaces for a day with individuals employed at workshops for people with disabilities.
A Day Full of New Impressions
As part of the "S(ch)ichtwechsel," we gained fascinating insights into new work areas, workflows, and organizational structures. At the same time, our partners had the opportunity to experience firsthand just how diverse, professional, and creative the work at BMP Production truly is.
Direct exchange—conducted on equal footing—was at the very heart of the event. Beyond professional insights, the initiative fostered valuable conversations, established new contacts, and cultivated an even deeper mutual understanding.
A Change of Perspective That Connects
